My New Etsy Shop! || Halloween Washi Tape Sets || Halloween Cards & Tag

Hi everyone!

I hope you're having a great day! I'm super excited to tell you that I have opened my very own Etsy shop! :-) (You can see it here: Small T Creations on Etsy)

There's not that many items in the shop yet. I will add more items soon and have a bigger opening later. But I wanted to get some products up that are perfect for Halloween crafts.

I have some washi tape sets and glitter tapes in my shop at the moment. Both the washi tapes and the glitter tapes are of very high quality, and I love to create with them. I made two Halloween cards and a tag to share with you also.

This card features the second set, along with the gorgeous Silver with Gold Stars Glitter Tape.

And lastly, I have a Silver and Purple Glitter Tape Set:

I created a Halloween tag featuring the glitter tapes. The sparkle is amazing in real life, and the tapes do not shed any glitter.

The stamps are from this Halloween set by Hero Arts, and I've heat embossed the images on vellum.

These washi and glitter tapes are of course perfect all year round also, not just for Halloween crafts! :-)

You might know that I already have a web shop (WashiTapesNL), and this means that I will be closing it (at the end of November) and will move everything over to Etsy.

Radiant Orchid mt Washi Tape Set

Hi and Happy Friday!

Let me introduce you to the newest addition to my shop: the Radiant Orchid mt Washi Tape Set!

As you probably know already, Radiant Orchid is Pantone's color of the year 2014, and in this washi tape set you get two shades of this beautiful purple color. Each roll is 15 meters long, not the usual 10 meters! So you get a total of 30 meters of high quality Japanese mt washi tape.

I have limited quantities of this beautiful set, so get yours while supplies last!

Gold & Pink CAS Washi Tape Card

I've been on a real gold kick lately, and for my third card I'm using gold with a touch of pink to make this clean and simple birthday card.
[Card #1 Masculine Washi Tape Card and Card #2 Masculine Love Card with Washi Tape Hearts]

The sentiment is heat embossed in gold and the pink strip is vellum colored with a pink Copic marker. The sentiment comes from the Hero Arts Hooray set, which was part of a giveaway that I won on Janet's blog. Thank you so much, Janet! :-) You should really check out her blog, she's so talented, and right now she's been playing with washi tape as well!

To make the background I added strips of my favorite gold washi tape to the card base. I love how it turned out and how easy it was to create!

Masculine Love Card with Washi Tape Hearts

My second card is also a masculine one, this time with punched out washi tape hearts.

[Card #1 Masculine Washi Tape Card and Card #3 Gold & Pink CAS Washi Tape Card]

I stamped the background and the heart in different blue inks from Hero Arts. For the hearts I chose some washi tapes from my shop that I though would matched well. To anchor the stamped heart, I added a strip of the With Love Washi Tape.

How to make washi tape heart stickers

To make the hearts, add strips of washi tapes to parchment paper and use heart punches to punch out the shapes. 

Tip: If you're using larger punches, make sure your strips overlap a little so the shapes will not fall apart when you go to add them to your card.

Masculine Washi Tape Card

Hi there!

Today I have three washi tape cards to share with you. The first one is a masculine card.
[Card #2 Masculine Love Card with Washi Tape Hearts and Card #3 Gold & Pink CAS Washi Tape Card]

For this card I added strips of washi tape to a white panel and adhered the panel to the card base with dimensional adhesive. The sentiment is stamped in Versafine ink and clear embossed.

Glitter Eggs

Hi everybody,

There's glitter everywhere around here! I've been making glitter eggs. They're really fun to make, but also really messy. :-) Here are some pictures of some of the eggs while they were drying. I love all the sparkle!

I put some of the pastel colored glitter eggs in a "Norgesglass" (mason jar with Norge (Norway) on it) together with some pine cones. I just love how it turned out, and it reminds me of home. :-)

Cool Motorcycle Bird on a Washi Tape Road

Hello!

My boyfriend is a motor biker and he is also very fond of birds, so with that in mind, this card came to be! :-)

I stamped the motorcycle in Versafine Onyx Black ink and clear embossed it to make it shiny. The bird is stamped in HA Tide Pool ink and the three circles in HA Soft Pool ink. I added a strip of Black & Grey Chevron Washi Tape as a road for the bird to ride on. I love that you can see the stamping through the washi tape! :-) The motorcycle and the bird are adhered to the card with pop dots for dimension.

DIY Valentine's Washi Tape Twist Ties

Hi everyone!

I hope you are enjoying your Sunday! :-)

Do you have some sweet treats to wrap for Valentine's Day? Then these super cute Washi Tape twist ties are prefect, and they are so easy and fun to make!

How to:
Cut some wire to the length you want and two strips of Washi Tape a bit longer. I cut my wire to about 6 inches. Take the two strips of Washi Tape and sandwich the wire between them. Try to place the wire as straight as possible in the middle of the Washi. Lastly, cut the ends of the Washi Tape how you want them and you're done!

Here I have used two of my Valentine's Twist Ties to wrap some red candy hearts.
